Imagine that some evil God have made those prophecies in order to fool us into believing. How could we ever know for sure?

Aren't you just interpreting those prophecies far too loosely so that they'll comport with history & appear to be successful?

They don’t prove your God exists any more than the prophecies of other faiths prove the existence of their Gods.

Are those prophecies explicitly exact in their predictions? Does no other explanation of their success seem even remotely likely?

Did your prophets communicate with you?

Show me empirical evidence & we might have a conversation. Until then, back to the kids' table with you.

Can you think of a way we could investigate to determine conclusively whether that's true?

Then why does one need faith?

Well, if you say so—but should we really believe anything that can't be proven false?

The so-called 'predictions' of the Bible are no better than the predictions of the daily newspaper's horoscope column.

That's not true; what about [insert examples]?

Didn't they also personally benefit from being venerated as saints/prophets? Don't they have motive to embellish the truth?

Other faiths say the same of their own sacred prophets. Does this mean their claims are true, too?

If they were so infallible, why did they hold an irrational belief in God?

How do you know that to be true? Doesn't what you know of those prophets come straight from your religion's dogma?

I've heard several horror stories about saints & prophets. They may not be as good-natured as you were led to believe.
